JTS' love of film began after seeing Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory as a child. Wanting to visit the factory in real life, his parents told him they were taking him there, only to bring him to Walt Disney World in Florida. Disappointed to learn there was no such place, he vowed "Then I'll make it myself." Always inspired by the world building filmmaking provides, JTS wrote, produced, cut and directed the independent feature films Tympanum and Vista Point, and plans to produce and direct at least a total of ten narrative features within his lifetime.
